Free Airbnb listing score

Paste your listing and get a 0 to 100 score with the fixes that matter most. Every check is a best practice from Airbnb's own host guidance, linked so you can read it yourself. Nothing you type leaves your browser.

The score updates as you type. The example is a fictional listing.

How the score works

Six categories add up to 100. Each check is a plain rule you can see under "See the checks", with a link to the Airbnb page it comes from.

Point weights and thresholds (for example, what counts as enough photos) are our own judgment, not Airbnb numbers. Airbnb says listing quality, including photos, reviews and amenities, is one of several factors in search, along with popularity, price and location (Airbnb Help). This tool only looks at what you paste, so it cannot see price, location or calendar.
